July Edition: Interiors I'm loving as of late
Pulled from publications, Instagram and more. Here's what's recently caught my eye.
A Hamptons Home by Benjamin Vandiver
I came across this project via Instagram and was quickly drawn to the colors, lines and mix of materials that interior designer Benjamin Vandiver used. The home, built in the 1990s, was completely gutted to accommodate the client’s request for a “calm and clean” interior. Serenity on the Upper East Side
The color palate of Josh Greene’s newly designed Upper East Side apartment is truly chef’s kiss. A Couple’s Historic Ojai Refuge
Designer Rodman Primack of AD 100 firm RP Miller and homeowner Anne Crawford, both fifth-generation Californians, craft a tribute to their home state through this stunning Ojai retreat. The project takes a fresh approach to the spirit of old California — resulting in a beautiful mix of old and new.
I had the pleasure of meeting Primack last fall in Mexico City during a tour of AGO Projects — a design-driven practice and space he co-founded. AGO Projects supports artists and designers that produce handmade items and that are socially and environmentally conscious.

Interior/production designer and homeowner, Anna Rhodes, worked to renovate the home — peeling back layers of unsightly additions until she could restore each room to its former glory.

An Austin Family Home Featured in Frederic
This home might be in Austin, TX but the delicate mix of furniture and materials keep the decor leaning Scandinavian in style. Ariel Ashe of Ashe Leandro was tasked to bring a sense of warmth and age to the new build from Houston-based architects Curtis & Windham.
